Incipit: Аз считам за свой дълг да ви информирам за някои невероятни куриози в пенсионната ни система, а оттам и за други моменти от социалната ни политика, която, откакто дойде демокрацията ни, хич я няма, и по вина на които (както и на други, разбира се) ние сега сме на последно място по бедност в Европейския Съюз (с единствената надежда да минем поне на предпоследно място само ако нашите евро-депутати успеят да убедят някак-си Съюза да приеме и Албания в него). Писмото е много дълго…

To tell you the truth, I have published this because I have sent before more than a month it in Bulgaria to our Parliament, Presidency, leading political parties, leading newspapers, also a pair of TVs, and a pair of churches, yet just NOTHING happened! This is WORSE than in totalitarian times, when there were at least a pair of people in the censural organs who read all the critic against the system. So that I decided simply to use foreign sites as billboards. Yeah, that's it. Good that I know pretty good several foreign languages and make use of this my knowledge.
