incipit: I take it for my duty to inform you about some incredible curiosities in the pension system of Bulgaria, and further about other moments of our social policy, which, since the coming of democracy, is practically missing, and due to which (as well as to other things, naturally) we are now on the last place in the poverty in European Union (with the only hope to become last but one only if our euro-MPs succeed to convince somehow the Union to take also Albania into it).
